My name is Jared, and I’m the founder of Transparent Property Services. I was born and raised right here in Buffalo, NY, and though my career has taken me across the country, Western New York has always been home. My career actually started in home services, with a focus on energy retrofits and renewable energy installations. Over the years, that path led me into project management and director-level roles in the development and construction of commercial and industrial renewable energy projects. I’ve had the opportunity to lead complex teams, oversee multi-million dollar developments, and build a career grounded in professionalism and precision.

But after years in the corporate world, I found myself missing something: real connection. The satisfaction that comes from working with my hands, helping people directly, and making homes and businesses truly shine.

That’s why I launched Transparent Property Services, to return to what I love most: meeting great people and delivering exceptional services that bring new life to the spaces they care about. Now back in the beautiful region of Western New York, I’m proud to offer a growing list of professional home and commercial services that are tailored, reliable, and always handled with care.
